The staff are very helpful and the room is brand-new and new-fashioned with good ac. The interior is amazing and design is beautiful.

The room was very clean and quiet, and the beds were really comfortable, plus we had the convenience of a microwave and freezer.

Location: the hotel was adjacent to the center of the city and major tourist attractions. The twin/double room I was given was complete with shower, a sofa bed plus the bedroom. Having a hairdryer, a walk-in shower, and soft bathrobes was a bonus.

The location of the hotel was great, very central and close to many attractions. the room looked pretty and was well-lit. the bed was comfortable and we slept well.

The lack of cleanliness and amenities in the room. the towels and sheets were stained and it took a long time for the cleaning staff to come and clean the room.

Great location, close to everything we wanted to visit during Christmas. the room was beautifully furnished, with a comfortable bed and a clean, tasteful bathroom. the host, Marin, was incredibly helpful, showing us where to park for free and providing a list of recommended restaurants. He even came to our rescue when we accidentally left our key in the room. What a service! We felt well taken care of and enjoyed a comfortable stay.
